220kV110kV10kV变电站初步设计

摘要

由于国内人民生活水平的提高,科技不断地进步,控制不断地完善,从而促使变电站设计技术在电气系统领域占据主导权,也使得220kV/110kV/10kV变电站被广泛应用。在变电站系统设计领域中,220kV/110kV/10kV变电站成为目前一处亮丽的风景线,因为其设计资源众多,开发经验丰富,最重要的是成本较低,控制在用户可承受的范围内,因此变电站设计逐渐成为世界各国关注的重点。随着变电站系统领域的不断革新,数量越来越大,逐渐成为研究的重点方向,因此新一代的我们要认真去钻研变电站控制系统的构成。

本文首先根据任务书上所给系统与线路及所有负荷的参数,分析负荷发展趋势。从负荷增长方面阐明了建站的必要性,然后通过对拟建变电站的概括以及出线方向来考虑,并通过对负荷资料的分析,安全,经济及可靠性方面考虑,确定了110kV,10kV以及站用电的主接线,然后又通过负荷计算及供电范围确定了主变压器台数,容量及型号,同时也确定了站用变压器的容量及型号,最后,根据最大持续工作电流及短路计算的计算结果,对高压熔断器,隔离开关,母线,绝缘子,电压互感器,电流互感器进行了选型,从而完成了110kV电气一次部分的设计。

本次毕业设计以220kV/110kV/10kV变电站为主要设计对象,该220kV/110kV/10kV变电站是地区重要变电站,是电力系统110kV电压等级的重要部分。该变电站设有2台主变压器,站内主接线分为220kV/110kV/10kV二个电压等级。

根据220kV/110kV/10kV变电站为研究方向,根据变电站的原始数据设计其电气接线图、变压器选型 、负荷计算、短路电流计算、继电保护方案设计以及防雷接地设计等相关研究。

Abstract

Due to the improvement of domestic people's living standards, the continuous progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of control, so as to promote the substation design technology in the field of electrical system to occupy the dominant position, also makes 220kV/110kV/10kV substation is widely used. In the field of substation system design, 220kV/110kV/10kV substation has become a beautiful landscape at present, because of its numerous design resources, rich development experience, the most important is low cost, control in the range of users can afford, so substation design has gradually become the focus of attention of all countries in the world. With the continuous innovation in the field of substation system, the number of more and more, and gradually become the focus of research, so the new generation of us to seriously study the composition of substation control system.

Firstly, this paper analyzes the load development trend according to the parameters of the system, circuit and all loads given in the task book. The establishment of the clarified the necessity from the aspects of load growth, and then through the proposed generalization of substation and line direction, and through the analysis of load data, safety, economy and reliability into consideration, determine the 110 kv, 10 kv electric main wiring and stand, and then on the main transformer was determined by the load calculation and power supply scope sets, capacity and model number, At the same time, the capacity and type of transformer used in the station are also determined. Finally, according to the calculation results of the maximum continuous working current and short circuit, the selection of high-voltage fuses, isolation switches, busbars, insulators, voltage transformers and current transformers is carried out, thus completing the design of 110kV electric primary part.

This graduation design takes 220kV/110kV/10kV substation as the main design object. The 220kV/110kV/10kV substation is an important substation in the region and an important part of the 110kV voltage level of the power system. The substation is equipped with two main transformers, and the main wiring in the station is divided into two voltage grades of 220kV/110kV/10kV.

According to 220kV/110kV/10kV substation as the research direction, according to the original data of the substation design of its electrical wiring diagram, transformer selection, load calculation, short-circuit current calculation, relay electric protection scheme design and lightning protection grounding design and other related research.
