自动驾驶国家新一代人工智能开放创新平台产业化应用

【摘要】:当前,全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革正孕育兴起,自动驾驶作为人工智能最重要的应用载体之一,对于加快交通强国、智能汽车强国建设,具有十分突出的战略意义。我国自动驾驶研发应用,面临技术、资金、应用等诸多挑战,为此,需要打造一套符合我国国情的自动驾驶系统级解决方案,并以开放平台形式赋能全行业,推动产业集聚发展。同时,顺应汽车智能化网联化的趋势,针对自动驾驶技术复杂、投资高、周期长等瓶颈问题,深入研究自动驾驶产业共性技术,突破基础性关键技术,并通过开源社区等形式向行业开放基础技术能力,建立以企业为主体的、满足产学研多样化需求的产业应用典型场景模型和开发规范,搭建企业研发标准规范和企业测试标准规范两大体系,构筑符合中国国情的安全测评体系,助力交通强国和智能汽车强国建设。本篇论文主要聚焦典型自动驾驶应用场景,研究自动驾驶产业应用平台,构筑以企业为主体的产业化参考实现模型,打造衔接技术研发和产业落地的“双向”服务平台,促进项目最新研究成果向行业开放应用,满足产学研多样化需求。

Abstract: At present, a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are emerging. As one of the most important application carriers of artificial intelligence, automatic driving has a very prominent strategic significance for speeding up the construction of a powerful country in transportation and intelligent vehicles.China's autonomous driving research and application is faced with many challenges such as technology, capital and application. Therefore, it is necessary to build a set of automatic driving system-level solutions in line with China's national conditions, and enable the whole industry in the form of open platform to promote industrial agglomeration and development.At the same time, following the trend of intelligent and networked vehicles, and aiming at the bottleneck problems such as the complexity, high investment and long cycle of autonomous driving technology, the company will conduct in-depth research on generic technologies of the autonomous driving industry, make breakthroughs in basic and key technologies, and open basic technical capabilities to the industry through open source communities.Establish typical industrial application scene models and development norms with enterprises as the main body to meet the diversified needs of enterprises, universities and research institutes, set up two systems of enterprise research and development standards and standards and standards for ent
